Priority admission
To eliminate difficulties for you, we guarantee priority advance admission via a separate door in the main entrance for all general admission (non-numbered seating) events.
Elevator
An elevator is, of course, at your disposal for events taking place on the upper floor.
WC
Disabled-persons' sanitary facilities are, of course, available on both floors of the RuhrCongressBochum.
Seating
An adequate number of seats for wheelchair users and their assistants is available at all events open to the public.
Reserved (numbered) seating events: detailed information can be obtained via the booking systems and from all networked ticket sales outlets.
General admission (non-numbered seating) events: an adequate number of seats is reserved in the stalls in all cases.
Non-seated events: a platform with a wheelchair-access ramp assures you of an unobstructed view of the event at the RuhrCongressBochum.
