Our conference rooms are ideal for conferences and congresses, which take place in a more intimate setting. The largest room (combination of conference room 1+2) can accommodate 337 people when using row seating. Individually speaking, the conference rooms have a capacity of 193 persons, 144 persons and the smallest, 53 persons. In combination, this well-lit conference venue can accommodate 390 guests; if parliamentary chair arrangement is required, the venue can still hold 225 guests. Depending on the requirements, we can provide the rooms with sound together or separately. The technical equipment is tailored to your specific needs: Headset or hand microphone. Or whichever media technology makes you feel most comfortable. All rooms can be reached via the freight elevator.
